Upscale, Contemporary, In-Town 2 Bedroom Condo/Loft
Loft style condo, 9 foot ceilings, 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, new, upscale, contemporary design, sleeps 3-4, downtown Golden.
Fully furnished with contemporary furniture--utilities and WiFi, cable, Netflix, Hulu included. In unit washing machine and dry …
This condo was great. It was a little dusty upon arrival. It is perfectly situated near downtown Golden. We were able to see things and get to places easily.
My husband and I were pleased with the condo and the location. And the view from the balcony, 3 gorgeous mountains, South Table, Green Mt and Lookout Mt. Wow! Very easy to enjoy the town of Golden during our stay and the close proximity to restaurants, shops, Clear Creek and live music at the Buffalo Rose. This was our second time staying in Golden for the month of July and by far this condo was the best ! Very well equipped kitchen, comfortable king bed and bath. Only have 2 requests-hair dryer and extra blankets. Otherwise great! ! Very nice to have 2 parking spaces in the covered garage. On street parking can be difficult especially during the car show and Buffalo Bill Days which we loved. The parade was great and we had curbside seats ! Also close to Red Rocks Ampitheater, Lookout Mt, 2 must sees.
Took day trips to Estes Park (1 1/2 hrs) Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs ( 2 hrs ) Blackhawk Casinos ( 40 minutes ). Drove to Aspen for a special birthday overnight and stayed at The Sky Hotel, (loved it). Close to Gondolas and all the wonderful shops and restaurants.
Thanks Jerry for a great condo and we look forward to our next visit in beautiful Golden.

My husband and I rented this condo for one week while in CO for our daughter's wedding. This was so much nicer than staying at a hotel. It is in a good location of downtown Golden and has great views of both Table Mountain (we walked/climbed to the top of this the last time we were here, an awesome experience) and Lookout Mountain. The unit itself is very modern, spacious, and comfortable. There is a balcony patio with a couple of chairs/tables. They were in some disrepair so maybe an update is in order. We expected full kitchen necessities and were surprised that there were things missing such as foil, wrap, and baggies. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very handy. The owner was cooperative with any issue we raised. Overall, we loved it!! We would definitely stay here again while in the area.
My wife & I needed a place for a long weekend for a convention she wanted to attend in Golden - I tagged along. Walking into this apartment was a real surprise. Very tastefully decorated, lots of light, and extremely well equipped with lots of wonderful touches - like a choice of either Peete's or Starbuck's coffee (full 12 oz bags, not pitiful packets), a far cry from hotel amenities. A ton of towels, clean linens, great TV service, and it could not have been more convenient for the second discovery. Golden is actually an excellent place to spend time.
There are unlimited opportunities for hiking and walking and biking (and a bike store on the bottom floor of the building you're staying in is ridiculously easy). A beautiful river trail is a 5 minute walk away. We walked by a kayaking class, fly fishermen, river and sun bathers, runners and bikers on this path. It took me 7 minutes to walk to the Windy Saddle for a superb breakfast croissant and serious coffee. Unlimited restaurants, bars and activities all within walking distance. If you really need to get to Denver, now there's a train that'll take you directly to down town. And did I mention that there's a new brew pub, the Mountain Toad, opening up about 3 minutes away (we were about a month too early). How about the Mountaineering museum and Coors Brewery tours?
Get the picture?
And if you happen to get a chance to meet the owner, you'll find him to be a charming and extremely interesting fellow.
This was a very comfortable condo for my husband and I and our 2 kids. It really felt like home during our week stay. The building the condo is in was quiet all time, so much so that we wondered if anyone else lived there :) We enjoyed walking to downtown Golden each day for a nice variety of restaurants and shops. The museums (Mountaineering and Geology) were great! Easy access to Denver, Winter Park and lots of other fun places we visited. We would definately book this rental again!
The condo was clean and well appointed. The Master Bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet were comfortable and functional. The living space was roomy and warm. Our two month stay was wonderful. Walking around Golden was convenient and easy. Restaurants and taverns were convenient. One hour ten minutes to Keystone Resort, our favorite ski location, was convenient, particularly during the week. A bike rental shop is located in the building, and their are wonderful walking trails in and around Golden. We hope to return again.
This place was perfect for our Christmas stay. The listing description was accurate in all ways. It was clean, well-maintained and had an open feel to it. We were able to walk to our son's house -his house-mate and family stayed there and was the reason for our renting the condo. We were able to easily explore the shops and restaurants of Golden. We went to Boulder to Celestial Seasonings tour and The Redstone Meadery, where we toured the small installation and enjoyed a honey wine tasting. We also journeyed to Buffalo Bill's grave in Lookout Mountain Park and hiked about and then went to Idaho Springs. There we walked around the town and went into some shops. We enjoyed the TommyKnocker Brewery in Idaho Springs. We also enjoyed going to Morrison and walking around the Redrocks Ampitheater. There is an interesting visitor center and trails around the amphitheater to walk. I really would have loved to have seen a concert there but learning of its history was great. The owner answered questions/concerns within a reasonable amount of time. The only thing he did not follow through with was suggested activities/restaurants. In his defense, he probably figured our son had that info covered since he was a resident of Golden. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend and relative and we would like to try renting it in the spring or summer months to take advantage of the other seasonal activities of Colorado. This place is quiet and in a professional bldg so not for rowdy or loud party-types.
This is a beautiful, contemporary-style condo in downtown Golden, within walking distance of creek trail, shops, bars & restaurants. This spacious, well-appointed, clean condo is a much better alternative to the Golden Hotels! We definitely plan to stay here on our future visits! Jerry was incredibly responsive before/during & following our stay. Thanks again!
Great condo in a great location. The condo is well-mantained, clean, and well-decorated. I appreciated the owner's willingness to work with us. I have no issues recommending this rental and would return without hesitation.
The condo was perfect in every way: convenient to downtown and CSM, spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, quiet and roomy. Why stay in a hotel when you can have room to spread out, plus a kitchen and laundry?
Jerry was very easy to work with, providing great directions and easy payment through HomeAway.
I can't imagine how it could be better -- high quality accommodations in a perfect location! Loved walking to downtown Golden, with its quaint shops and wonderful local restaurants, easy highway access for a 15 minute trip to downtown Denver or 45 minutes to nearby ski resorts, and Clear Creek biking/walking trail is like having a national park right out your door! Don't miss the great burritos across the street at Santiago's (if you do take-out, it's incredibly cheap)!
The owner is great to work with, too, our stay was just perfect and I would highly recommend!
