<span>Have a space available in my apartment while I am traveling for 2-3 weeks.</span>
<p><span>It is a 1 private bedroom with a queen sized bed with your own private bathroom in an airy, spacious, double storey loft apartment. The apartment is on the penthouse level and 6th floor. One of 3 apartments that has a 2 storey layout and panoramic views of the City.</span></p>
<p><span>It is modern, upmarket, very very secure (visitors have to sign in and then call the owner to verify access before entering the building) very well lit, apartment that has 4 balconies, 2 facing the bustle and excitement of Sea Point main road downstairs and 1 balcony upstairs, and 1 that has panoramic view of Cape Town's famous Lion's Head mountain.</span></p>
<p><span>The apartment is fully equipped with bed, linen, cutlery, all kitchen appliances, laundry facility, DSTV (over 100 cable channels), flatscreen TV, dvd player and unlimited 2mbps wireless internet.</span></p>
<p><span>We also have a maid who comes to do house keeping once a week (this is included in the fee) who will do your laundry and tidy your room.</span></p>
<p><span>My flatmate works retails hours 9-9 almost everyday so you'll have the apartment largely to yourself. I have a little white persian chinchilla cat who you'll see glimpses of from time to time, but she is very quiet and to herself.</span></p>
<p><span>The apartment is in a complex with young, working professionals and is very secure with 24 hour doorman. It is on the corner of the busy and central Sea Point main rd and next to the prestigious, upmarket and sought after St Johns Piazza (restaurants and lifestyle centre). You have every single restaurant from Italian, chinese to Cape Town's only 24 hour diner within 1 minutes walking distance.</span></p>

Major banks, Woolworths (South African version of Marks n Spencers or Whole Foods) and grocery stores are less than 20m away (literally next door).</span></p>
