Excellent location with all indoor amenities and amazing walkability. This loft is in the center of LOHI, one of the hottest zip codes in the country. No need to use a cab. You are in the middle of it all.
This condo/loft is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom space on the second floor of a condominium building. There is a HE washer and dryer in the unit.
There are 3 memory foam beds. One bedroom has a Tempur-pedic queen bed and a queen memory foam futon, and the second bedroom has a king bed. There is also a L shaped sectional in the living room that could be used for lounging or sleeping.
GETTING AROUND - The LOHI/Highlands district is a hot area because of the proximity and the number of attractions that you can walk to. Dozens of restaurants and bars are just 2-4 blocks away.
Bike paths are plentiful and you could tour the whole city on the bike path hub just a few blocks away. There is a bike station two blocks away that features rentals called bcycle (free for the first half hour. I have information in the apartment on these rentals. Airport Shuttles will bring you here for about $30 or $40 if you negotiate :). The LightRail (and Amtrak) train station is just down the hill on 16th and the trains will take you across the Denver Metro area.
