The property is on two levels, with the bedrooms being on the lower level. The living area, situated above, is open plan and has expansive views. The kitchen has a gas stove, convection oven and plenty of modern appliances including washer, dryer and an iPod docking station. There is a beautifully framed gas fireplace, as well as long 8 seater dining table. To the right of the entrance is a formal living room with equally stylish gas fireplace, fitted bookshelves and modern flat screen television and DVD player. For warmer days there are two air-conditioners either side of the open plan living area. The balcony has an equally long dining area, with a stylish shade solution, as well as in built braai and jacuzzi.
There are three bedrooms on the lower level of the property. Each are en suite and are styled with a wonderful combination of modern appliances set within restored antique style furniture. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and the other three rooms consist of queen-size beds. The pool area is accesses via a fourth bedroom. As this room does not have a dedicated bathroom, guests using this room will need to share with one of the other couples. The property therefore could comfortably sleep 8, provided the additional couple didn't mind sharing a bathroom.
Kasteel Villa has a full alarm system and is the perfect option for the agile family looking for a quiet retreat. Do take note that this this Clifton vacation rental is accessed by stairs, it is unfortunately not wheelchair friendly.
