<span>This well priced 2 bedroom luxury apartment is located in the V&A Waterfront Marina — which is the residential component of one of the most successful harbour re-developments in the world. The apartment blocks at the V&A marina are set on a series of canals which join the foreshore of the city (where the CTICC or Cape Town International Convention Centre is located) to the main V&A shopping centre. One can take a water taxi from one end of the canal all the way to the convention centre.</span><br /><span><strong>Apartment details</strong></span><br /><span>The apartment is a spacious, air conditioned 2 bedroom with a balcony overlooking the canal. It also has beautiful views of Table Mountain, the canal and portions of the city centre.</span><br /><span>The main bedroom has a double bed and is en-suite with a heated towel rail, shaving plug and hairdryer. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and has the use of a separate bathroom.</span><br /><span>The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The apartment also has a washing machine and tumble drier. The lounge leads onto the private balcony with lovely canal views and has TV and Satellite. The apartment also has a telephone and digital safe and a secure underground parking bay with direct elevator access to the apartment.</span><br /><span><strong>Gym and Pool</strong></span><br /><span>For a small fee guests can access the gym and pool at the Quarterdeck which is a short walk away from the apartment. There is also a small restaurant here which serves good coffee, home baked bread, breakfasts and lunches — all served overlooking the yacht marina which the Quarterdeck overlooks. The apartment also has access to 5 swimming pools, umbrellas and sun loungers within the Waterfront Marina complex.</span><br /><span><strong>Shopping and Entertainment</strong></span><br /><span>And of course the V&A Shopping centre is a mere safe 10 minute stroll away. The One & Only Hotel with Reubens restaurant (and wonderful decadent breakfasts) as well as the Cape Grace's Bascule Bar where one can sit at gaze at a panoramic view of Table Mountain are both only a short walk away.</span><br /><span>So all in all, Waterfront 201 Altmore is an excellent base for both the tourist, anyone going to a convention at the CTICC, or corporates on a business trip.</span>

Beautiful apartments and guestrooms in Muizenberg located at the coast line with a stunning view over False Bay just a 5 minutes walk away from the beach. Other amenities within this walking distance include a shopping centre with supermarket, post office, liquor store, restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs and little boutiques. It is also the best surfing area in town with abundant surfing gear stores.
Our building lies on quite a steep slope and therefore has a view over the neigbouring buildings which lie between us and the ocean. The amazing view over the sea, beach and mountains really gives you that holiday feeling and provides the right atmosphere for a recuperating holiday full of experiences. The position of the house has the advantage that our guests can reach everything on foot from here, there is a bottle shop just 400 m away and a supermarket and petrol station only 600 m away. Just a few metres away there is a really good restaurant in the old Muizenberg station.
Appartment 2 is situated right near the garden and swimming pool and is very generous in size and has a smart jacuzzi in one of the two bathrooms.
