This striking Contemporary North facing Garden Apartment is situated in Upper Camps Bay with fabulous views of Camps Bay beach, Lions head and Table mountain. It is nestled just below the nature reserve. with its beautiful walks and scenery. It is close to the `buzz` but being closer to the mountain makes it quiet and peaceful. It is 3 Minutes to the beach and 10 mins to the Waterfront and city center by car.. The villa was completely re built and modernised in Jan 2013 and has new top end furniture and fittings.There are 3 large bedrooms and 3 en- suite bathrooms (all pure cotton linen and towels provided) with sliding doors that lead onto the patio or garden. The living area is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen top end appliances and nespresso coffee machine as well as a breakfast bar . The beautiful lounge area has the latest `smart ` flat screen T v with sound bar . There are huge sliding doors that open up onto the garden. and patio and pool area The garden apartment is y private with a large entertainment patio, with 6 seater outdoor table and outdoor seating . The patio is perfectly protected from any wind and rain. The patio extends out to the pool area and there is a `webber` barbeque for outdoor cooking on those hot summer evenings. The garden apartment occupies the garden level of a villa and has a completely seperate entrance from the main road. There is an alarm system and free wireless internet as well as a maid service 2 times per week. There is some domestic building at present on a property below the garden villa and as such the advertised rates have been discounted until May 2014.. The building will be complete by end April 2014.
