We recently bought this lovely apartment in a great location in central Cape Town. The apartment has been refurnished and redecorated by my wife, Cheryl who is an interior decorator. She has done a great job and the apartment looks stunning. However, we would love for you to be the final judge. We hosted our first guests in early November.
This modern two bedroomed apartment is on the 7th floor of a luxury apartment block just off vibey Long Street situated in the heart of the city. Undercover parking Is available in the building for one vehicle. There are two lifts giving easy access to the apartment so no need to climb the stairs unless you wish to do so of course ! The building has 24 hr security access control.
The main bedroom has a queen size bed and a bath/shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and an en suite shower. The kitchen is fully fitted with modern appliances including fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher and crockery for a minimum of four people. There is a washing machine.
Long Street has many exciting pubs, nightclubs and restaurants serving a wide range of international cuisine to suit all tastes. The famous Greenmarket Square is around the corner from the apartment. They say that you haven't been to Cape Town if you haven't been to Long Street! Please see the photos for a view of the surrounding neighbourhood.
The apartment is ideally located with easy access to all the major tourist attractions including Table Mountain (5 mins), beaches (10 mins), V&A; waterfront (5 mins by taxi or 15 min walk), Company Gardens (5 mins walk). The Cape Town iInternational Convention Centre (CTICC) is 5 min away by car . The MyCiti bus stop is 50 m away and the bus will take you to the V&A; waterfront, CTICC and major beaches including camps Bay and Clifton.

The table and chairs for 4 people can easily be moved out onto the balcony for al fresco dining or just for sundowners watching the sunset behind Table Mountain and Lion’s Head.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier combo and breakfast bar.
There is full security (24 hr concierge), lift, air-conditioning/heating, WIFI access, secure parking bay and use of swimming pool and gym.
