Guardrisk Insurance Company Limited is issuing a Breakage Guarantee on behalf of the Guest in favor of the owner. The Breakage Guarantees covers damage up to an amount of South African Rand R700 000.00 and consequently NO ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT is required from the guest as long as the guest complies with the full documentation requested by Guardrisk and the Breakage Guarantee has been issued in favour of the owner. The owner will pay the consideration for the Breakage Guarantee to protect the assets of the Villa for the duration of the stay whilst no benefits of the guarantee are extended to the guest. The guest shall be fully liable to pay the owner for any damage caused by the guest and/or his party if the damage caused exceed the guarantee amount of R700 000.00 or if the damage/ loss suffered is not covered by the Breakage Guarantee.
