Welcome to a 200 year old antique house in the heart of Boston's Beacon Hill neighborhood. This small house has a very comfortable charm while incorporating modern conveniences. Previous owners from the very earliest years opened their home to boarders and we continue the tradition to allow guests the fun of staying in such an historic location.

This is a private house with exclusive use. The 1st floor includes the kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen has been recently renovated by an expert designer, very well-appointed with all high-end gas stove/oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. The dining room seats 6 and the living room is comfortable and includes the television.
The 2nd floor has the two bedrooms with Eco-friendly linens, a very comfortable high-end mattress and organic down pillows. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a trundle bed for two separate people. Very ample closet and storage space. The bathroom is all brand new with a tub/shower.
There is a large brand new roof deck on the equivalent 4th floor with very plush outdoor sofas.
HDTV (w/ standard HD cable (CNN, CNBC, etc), DVD/CD player (w/ DVDs), wireless internet, central air-conditioning, telephone with free local and U.S. long-distance
Bed linens are Eco-certified and cleaning agents, paper supplies and soaps/shampoos are earth-friendly whenever possible. We recycle. Cloth shopping totes are hanging in the closet and the electricity is purchased from wind farms. Gas cooking and heating with zones to minimize energy waste.
No parking (ask), sleeps 2+2. Very easy access from the street. Includes all utilities and furnishings. The owner has written a very detailed manual for the home and for all services and restaurants in the neighborhood.
Note: Beacon Hill is on a hill in the historic urban center, so there is a fair amount of walking. This is an old house and all the stairs are original -- steep and narrow, so just be careful. It is also a vertical property, so between the basement (washer/dryer) and the roof deck there are 5 floors in total and the stair-climbing may not be suitable for all guests.
