The top level of the property is accessed via the secured double garage. Two of the six bedrooms are on this level, both with ocean views and magnificent furnishings.
One of the six bedrooms is on the middle level and enjoys uninterrupted sea views.
The lower level features the remaining three bedrooms, each having access to the ground floor entertainment deck. An additional bar area features a 42 inch plasma television with full satellite TV and opens up onto the pool side of the deck, ideal for sunbathing on the sun loungers.

This lovingly restored five bedroom Victorian beach villa is in one of Camps Bay's best locations; directly opposite a very private beach on Bakoven Bay.
The house is generously proportioned, and has plenty of outdoor space unlike many of the more modern oceanfront villas. It has two pools and four outdoor sunning areas.
The house is split into two self-contained units; a three bedroom unit upstairs and a two bedroom unit downstairs (each with their own pool) so it is ideal for either a larger group or two families travelling together who each want some privacy.
100 Geneva is an exquisite property. It has been recently renovated and much care has been taken to ensure that each bedroom benefits from access to the garden, access to balconies and the sea view.
The property is built over two levels; the upper level consists of a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area which all opens up on to a large outdoor terrace (also with its own dining table and chairs). This upper level also houses two of the bedrooms (both ensuite). This entire area enjoys views on to the garden and pool area, and to the ocean beyond.

However the quality of this apartment is comparable to the rest of the house, so it is by no means staff accommodation.
Possibly the best feature of the property is the outdoor space. The upper level has a large wraparound balcony looking down onto the garden and pool below. This is an ideal area to enjoy leisurely summer lunches or relaxing sundowners as children play in the garden below.
The garden, although not big considering the size of the house, offers plenty of space to runaround. The pool is also not overly large, but it is large enough to swim lengths.
