Modern Luxury Condo in Classic Brownstone by Symphony Hall.

Beautiful modern condo, on a safe and quiet street in an alarmed building with 24 hour security on the street. This street lined with circa 1880 classic Boston brownstones was converted to luxury condominiums 100 years later in the 1980s. This bea …

My husband I came to Boston so that he could run in the 2013 Boston Marathon. We stayed for 6 days and 5 nights, checking out the day after the marathon. We were delighted with our stay at the Symphony Suite! Right in the heart of the Back Bay area, we really felt "in the middle" of city life. I, being an artist, particularly enjoyed the museums just blocks away. My husband took his morning runs around the Fenway and the local streets. The apartment's proximity to T stops, shopping and dining is fantastic for the out of town visitor without a car. In fact, a car really would have been more of a hindrance in this area. The apartment is well appointed, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The up-to-date kitchen is well stocked with tasteful dishes, utensils and supplies. The stainless steel appliances are new and clean. The bathroom is sparkling clean and has lovely, new fixtures. We particularly enjoyed the selection of handmade soaps provided. High quality towel and linens, plenty of pillows and a comfortable king sized bed were appreciated, as well. In response to the tragic events that occurred during the marathon, our host, Richard, expressed concern for us and was more than willing to help us seek additional accommodations for that next night (another guest was scheduled to come in that next afternoon), should we have needed it in case our flight should be cancelled. All went smoothly for us in the end, thankfully. We felt like the rate charged was reasonable and we left feeling like the apartment was a very good choice and well worth the cost. I highly recommend the Symphony Suite!
Mr. Rogers is the consummate professional, and his condo, both luxurious and classic. Perfectly appointed, equipped and furnished, this lovely flat is on a charming tree lined street of brownstones in the high art, symphony, MFA, New England Conservatory, BU theater area. Couldn't have been more content with my stay. Do Boston as it should be done: I couldn't recommend Mr. Rogers and his property more highly.
This condo was a great place to stay in Boston. the location was close to everything - grocery store, drug store, bus, subway. We didn't even rent a car, but took public transport and walked. we did freedom trail, emerald necklace, Chinatown, Cambridge. The condo is roomy, clean, with everything you need. Highly recommend this condo and would stay here again.
My husband and I traveled to Boston to attend our son's Berklee graduation. Our 2 adult daughters joined us. They shared the fold-out sofa bed; the master bedroom is VERY spacious. Host Richard was most accommodating when asked to provide the keys to our son in Boston - this allowed access to the apt. to the daughter arriving first. Located in Back Bay, we were 1 1/2 blocks from our son's apartment; 2 T stops (Mass Ave. & Hynes Convention Center); Fenway was an easy walk - (Tasty Burger is great for a beer and a fresh tasting burger). We did not hear any neighbors during our 6 day stay. Everything you could want was included - even a few bottles of wine and a bag of chips! There's plenty of towels - beds were very comfortable and great to have the washer and dryer. The unit was clean and provided us with a great space during our stay. Plenty of dishes and cookware - enough that we enjoyed cooking our final meal of fresh Maine lobster. I can't tell you enough how much we enjoyed our stay - and seriously for the same price that our reservation was at the Back Bay Hitlon. It's great to be able to make your own breakfasts, snacks, etc. (especially in Boston!). I highly recommend this unit for anyone visiting Boston, especially if you enjoy the symphony or are attending anything associated with Berklee.
This apartment was a perfect home away from home. Richard has thought of each detail to make the stay a true "plug-and-play" experience. The bedroom is spacious with a King size bed and ample light, dresser and closet to unpack and settle in. Everything was spotlessly clean and new. The kitchen has everything you need and the washer and dryer unit was a real plus. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
"My family and I were absolutely enamored of the property and even more so of our host's professionalism, attention to detail and in promptly responding to any questions we had prior to and during our stay. The property is immaculate, the decor is very appealing. The king size bed was elegantly prepared and wonderfully comfortable."
Stayed 3 nights at the Symphony Suite, while I did not catch a concert, I really enjoyed the piano. The huge desk made getting my essential work done, and the kitchen was fantastic. The place was so clean and so beautifully kept, there was nothing left out. I had soap, shampoo, plush luxurious towels, great shower pressure, plenty of closet space, dresser drawers and a TV in the living room and the bedroom that seem to just disappear when they are off. The living room screen actually reflected the brownstone bays out the opposite windows when it was off. Very beautiful and next to everything. We hit tons of Boston landmarks and walked to all of them. A Yummy dinner and drinks at Brasserie Jos - recommended by the hosts. I may not be back to the neighborhood for a while now for whole long weekend, but when I do, I hope I can stay here again.
Our stay couldn't have been better and everything far exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal and we walked to everything - Symphony Hall is within a 3 minute walk!. The accommodations were exceptionally clean and there was nothing that we needed that wasn't there already. Everything was very carefully provided with the comfort of the guest in mind. The owners are readily accessible for even the smallest question. We have already recommended this condo to friends and plan to return again this year ourselves. I would give this above a 5-star rating.
