    Description

    The 3rd floor is private. On the 3rd floor is a large bedroom with a dorm size fridge, microwave, a/c, T.V. and cable with wireless internet. There is also a large bathroom. <br /><br />The second floor has three bedrooms, a bathroom and kitchen. <br /><br />The 1st Floor has two bedrooms, one bedroom has a private bathroom in the bedroom, the other one is occupied by a male MIT student. There is a large kitchen on the 1st floor. The basement has a washer and dryer for all. <br /><br />The basement also has a studio.<br /><br />Each room varies in price. If two people want to live in one room or the studio it will be an additional $150 per month for the 2nd person. If you are not in the state to see and secure a room, send a friend to see my house and do so for you.

Currently featuring a bargain reduced price (normally 99$/night) while balcony is off-limits. Its french door & window can both be opened wide to enjoy the sweet sea air.       CAVEATS: The yard is a nature preserve, and genteel summer camp-like-ness permeates all. Mysterious interior design ingredients regularly invade the dining room. Thrill to the excitement of semi- domesticated wildlife if you catch a glimpse of skunks, watch mating slugs, or if you're very lucky & a raccoon peeks in your window. Neighborhood is super safe, & very peaceful, but there may be the occasional random neighbor noise; house is peaceful & quiet, w/slight sound transmission via antique wood walls/beamed ceilings.       TOTAL TRAVEL TIME: approx. 45 minutes via rush hour driving OR mass transit to most areas of Boston including suburbs.
