Best Location, Best View, Roof Deck & Panoramic Views Of Boston Neighborhoods

This location is the best! Steps to everything, this is where everyone wants to be.
The apartment is in a new building, finished in 2010. The unit features cherry wood floors, a kitchen with modern stainless appliances, granite counters and a lux …

This was my first time in Boston, even though I only live 3 hours away in Connecticut. I took Amtrak to South Station then right to Richard and Victoria's beautiful apartment. The photos do not do this place justice. Inside is state of the art appliances, super modern construction and tasteful, classic furnishings. Most importantly the bed was so comfortable I had to find out the make and model of the mattress so I could order one for home. When we arrived, it was a heat wave. The A/C in the apartment is digitally controlled. Most places we visited were struggling to keep cool, including restaurants, but in our apartment we could set the temperature to any level and the A/C would bring the temperature down in 2 to 3 minutes! The windows were the best part. The view is amazing, showing the North End, the airport tower in the distance, Faneuil Hall and the Custom House clock, Downtown, Government Center and even Back Bay buildings like the Hancock. North Station is in the building, so 7 floors below there is all kinds of constant people activity. It took a couple hours after checking in to pull away from the windows and get out. When we did get out, despite the heat, we could walk to everything. We ate out most nights, but cooked one feast in the Bosch oven. The kitchen was so inviting we couldn't resist cooking up a roast we picked up at Whole Foods while the A/C kept us cool. I recently retired and have been traveling close to home and using VRBO. This was the best ever. Richard and Victoria are great hosts and have an amazing apartment. Thank you for letting us spend 5 days in luxury!
After staying in Richard and Victoria's amazing apartment in Longfellow Place for 5 days, I became ill (unrelated to my stay) and missed my flight. Richard was very graceful to find my husband and I a place for the 1 night because Longfellow was already booked. We moved a few blocks over to Archstone which was smaller, but somehow even better than Longfellow. The view was amazing and the new construction made for a very peaceful night despite being in the middle of everything and literally having the entrance to North Station in the building. Everything we could have needed was stocked in the kitchen and the bed in both locations was heavenly.
