    <p><span>The kitchen has an electric stove, a fridge, cutlery, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishes and kitchenware: everything you need, from wine glasses to frying pans, to prepare a quick breakfast or a delightful dinner. You want the kitchen shared with one another person.</span></p>
    <p><span>The apartment is situated in Berlin-Mitte (Wedding), a central area close to Friedrichstrasse and Unter den Linden, Berlin's famous shopping and lounging miles culture. You live near a city-east in optimal situation of an interesting scene. Numerous shopping opportunities close to the lively cultural, scenic, and nightlife directly before the door. A large and beautiful market (Leopold place) very near by, reputed as one of the most interesting markets in Berlin. You meet the typical mixture of antiques, countless cafe 's and a multitude of restaurants, art shops, galleries, antiquities and small businesses. Many small and medium shops close by to entice diversified shopping sprees.</span></p>

The next motorway departure is appropriate for a few car minutes far away in the south of the apartment and is called "Seestr."       The apartment is brand new, bright and very quiet. It has wooden floor boards and it is completely furnished.

      There is a lovely kitchen for making breakfast, lunch and dinner, in wich it is possible to use the dishwasher.

      Furthermore there is a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a washing machine. Internet wi-fi connection is guarandeed.

      The apartment stand on the 5th floor without elevator.

      You'll get a nice double room with bed 140x200, wardrobe and a few things to make it home. Plus a little desk for those essential laptop moments. All towels and bedding supplied.

      it's locaded in one of the most beautiful parts of Berlin. Whatever your age and whether you want to go sightseeing, dancing (Berghain is just around the corner), wandering or simply hang out in cool cafes and markets, the best of the capital is all around us.

      The rest of the city is very easily reachable from Warschauerstrasse U+S, which is around the corner.

      There is also a Tram service (M13) just out of the door.
