This spacious newly constructed corner unit loft studio offers 15 feet high ceiling, oversized industrial floor to ceiling windows facing east and south. Enjoy the warm sunshine inside the unit with 96% UV blockage by special window filter. Large 650 sqft used to be an artist's working studio, you can still enjoy a lot of high quality fine art works displayed in a French salon style.

The building is located opposite to Yellow Cab Station and within a few minutes walking to 3 public transit MUNI bus stops (Muni 19, 10 and 48). Cal Train 22nd station to South Bay is about 12 minutes walking distance. BART 24 St/Mission Station is 1.5 mile away, could be accessed by Muni. Less than 3 minutes drive to US 101, I-280 freeways and Oakland Bay Bridge 80. It is located 11 miles north of San Francisco International Airport, 8 miles south of Golden Gate Bridge, 2.5 miles to SF Giant Stadium. The location is very walkable, which means most errands can be accomplished on foot. This location has excellent transit with 15 nearby bus routes and 5 rail routes. There are excellent bike lanes and the terrain has steep hills. It is very bike friendly, biking rout is right outside the street and is convenient for most trips, there are bike parking in gated garage as well.
Potrero Hill is famous for having perhaps the best sunny weather in San Francisco, and some of the best views of the city from its crest. This combination of factors has made it a favorite among those who know the city well. SoMa district to its north and the Mission to its west, Potrero Hill has it's own unique art and culture sense, 16th and 18th streets boast a cluster of restaurants, cafes, yoga to Pilates to clothes shopping and manicures. One of the key neighborhood hangouts is Farley’s (1315 18th St,) a longtime neighborhood fixture. Another iconic business of the area Anchor Brewing, hosts tours of its north Potrero facilities and the area is also home to SF Guardian newspaper. Enjoy the neighborhood Jackson Park, McKinley Park, Potrero Hill Park, and my favorite Indian Basin Shoreline Park for fresh air and sun.
