Privately owned, premium studios available at The Prospector, Park City.
Prospector Square is conveniently located to all areas of Park City. The local free bus service stops outside, and you can ride to Main Street, and all the ski resorts within a few minutes (Park City Mountain, Deer Valley and The Canyons). The Olympic Park, shopping outlets, and ice arena are also within access on the bus route. You can also take a brisk 10 minute walk to Park City Main St along the scenic rail trail. Also in the neighborhood there are several great restaurants, (sushi, Chinese, steak, Asian, Mexican), and cafés and shops - all within a couple of minutes walk. Within easy access of other hiking and bike trails.
Premium California King studios
Each premium studio is beautifully renovated with completely new fixtures, furniture, and décor, and has a pillow top California King bed with duck-down duvets and quality linens, radio alarm clock with iPod connectivity, 42" flat-screen cable TV, dining table and chairs, and a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. There is also a leather sofa with queen pullout bed.
There is a fully equipped hardwood and granite kitchen area (refrigerator, stove top, overhead microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc). A beautifully tiled bathroom, with tub, shower and vanity. Air con / heat. Patio with views, chairs to sit out on. The studios are beautifully appointed, and we have paid attention to every detail. We've skied and traveled all over the World, and this is where we choose to have our mountain retreat. The location is perfect with tranquil views of the Swaner Preserve and local restaurant favorites like Maxwell's, Good Thyme, CafÃ© Rio, and Starbucks just around the corner. A little further, but still only a 5 minute walk if you saunter, are grocery stores like Whole Foods, and Smiths. For family fun there is a bowling alley and movie theater closer than the 2 grocery stores.
The floor plan of our townhouse has 2 bedrooms upstairs. The master bedroom has a queen bed with large sliding glass doors and deck that overlooks Swaner Preserve. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and it's own bathroom. Additionally, at the top of the stairs is a flex space with a sleeper sofa. This area is great for playing games or to use as a reading nook. Downstairs is the kitchen which is stocked with all the cooking utensils you'll need for an entire meal. The gas fireplace is lit with a flip of the switch and the private hot tub is located on the back deck. The condo sleeps 6 people comfortably.
One of the great benefits of skiing in Utah is the close proximity of resorts and their unique character. Driving distance to each of the Park City resorts are as follows: The Canyons 3.2 miles, Park City 5 miles and Deer Valley 7 miles. Additionally, the Park City bus stop is only 150 yards away and stops every 15 minutes.
