Boxwood House Luxury Garden Apartment SF BAy Area
Alameda, and island in the San Francisco by, 3 miles wide by 5 miles long, was once the elite beach resort playground for San Francisco in the late 1800’s. Their summer homes were constructed in the grand style, many with ballrooms on the lower level. Hence the name ‘Gold Coast’.
Kitchen: All electric appliances, include a toaster oven, mircrowave, full size refrigerator/freezer, a diswasher, garbage disposal, full size oven and stove with exhaust hood, 12 cup coffee pot and electric tea kettle. There is an antique carpet on the floor.
Living/Dining Area: A comfortable room with ample seating. AM/FM/CD radio and a combination TV/VCR with cable (88 channels) is provided. Antique drop leaf table with seating for four in the dining area. Wall to wall carpet in the living room/dining are as well as the bedroom.
Bedroom: Queen size pillow top bed dressed in Italian linens. There are two closets and a highboy chest of drawers. We provide black out window shades along with draperies for complete privacy. A writing desk and chair with wirless hook up for your computer. A private telephone is provided for unlimited local call.
Bathroom: The floor is tile and there is a new tile shower that features a ‘Speakman’ shower head with a ‘Grothe’ hand held shower. There is also a hair dryer and lighted makeup mirror.
Fresh linens and towels are provided weekly. House cleaneing is available upon request with a charge of 60.00 per visit. Iron and ironing board are provided. A Washer and dryer are available upon request.

<p>It also has a big screen TV (with cable) and DVD player in the main room and a second little TV/VHR in the bedroom, as well as WiFi.</p>
<p>There is no kitchen, but there is a mini-fridge, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee machine, coffee & tea, popcorn, condiments, disposable serving supplies, and a private patio.</p>
<p>It is one beautiful floor, approximately 650 square feet, with an entrance off its own patio (with two tables). There's no lucious landscaping or pool, just a restful and private enclave.</p>
<p>I do my best to juggle the check-in and check-out time needs of the Guests, looking for a compromise between them to allow enough time for a thorough cleaning.</p>
<p>It's a half-block off Bridgeway (Sausalito's main drag), five stoplights to Highway 101 (five minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge and less than an hour to the wine country) with a bus stop at the corner and off-street parking. A private driveway leads to your front door (if you don't have a low-slung car like I do). It's within walking distance of the Post Office, Grocery, Banks and Restaurants. Just minutes from SF by car or ferry, it's a great getaway.</p>

Efficiency kitchen has a George Foreman Grill, Microwave, Convection Toaster Oven and electric frying pan – everything you need to make small meals! No smoking. <p><span>$39.00 Security Damage Insurance (CSA) fee is non-refundable and used to purchase a damage insurance policy with a maximum claim of $3000.00. This is charged directly by SH Holiday Rentals on top of the Funds paid to Roomorama. Documentation provided upon receipt of booking from Roomorama.</span></p>
<p><span>Cleaning fee is $80 for cleaning on departure ($150 for 21+ nigth stays). Interim cleaning can be arranged for an addtional $75 per cleaning. Additional fees such as pet fee, early arrival, late departure may apply.</span></p>
<p><span>In order to complete your reservation and receive entry instructions, you will be sent the SFHR Rental Agreement to SIGN and return via email along with a scan of your drivers license or passport and credit card. Upon receipt of the SIGNED documents and photo ID we will charge the $39 CSA fee and email the entry code and instructions.</span></p>

This newly remodeled vacation rental is in a fabulous location in the heart of the Castro district of San Francisco. With high end furnishings, linens and amenities, this charming and cozy flat has new hardwood floors, updated bathroom and granite countertop and stainless steel appliances. Yes still retains some of it's original Victorian era details such as built in cabinets.
Walk to the best the Castro or Mission District has to offer Just a 5 min walk to Castro St, Dolores Park, or public transportation to much of SF's sightseeing. Many trendy, fantastic restaurants, bars and shops in the neighborhood. Being nestled on top of a hill makes for great city views from either end of the street. The house's entrance is landscaped with jasmine and flowers and there is easy street parking in front of the house, which is an anomaly in San Francisco.
You get all modern conveniences while retaining typical San Francisco Victorian charm. Sleeps 2 adults in Queen bed and has a reading chair plus a desk in the bedroom.
