The group who are staying with us in Trinity College Dublin and rehearsing in the college’s School of Music performed a few songs on the steps of the College Chapel in Front Square today to delight passers-by and raise awareness of World Choral Fest.

Loyola Institute - Open Day
The Loyola Institute, Trinity College Dublin, invites you to attend our Open Day on Wednesday June 26th or Thursday June 27th at 11am.
This event is designed to give prospective students an insight into our theology programme and to meet members of our teaching team. The morning will begin with Coffee at 11am. This will be followed by an introduction to our new BA in Catholic Theological Studies, and its situation within the larger Confederal School of Religions, Theology and Ecumenics.
Modules from the programme are also available as Short Courses. Those wishing to take Short Courses in the programme are welcome to attend the Open Day.
The Loyola Institute is located in the Irish School of Ecumenics and Loyola Institute Building (Old Physiology Building) on the main Trinity campus, (see College map). To facilitate easy location of the building: if those attending gather at the main Arch of Trinity at 10.45 they will be guided across.

Google supports next generation of technology leaders
Trinity College Dublin today announced a three year partnership with Google to develop a new project aimed at transforming computer science in Irish schools. Google is undertaking the partnership to mark 10 years in Ireland and will provide €1.5million in funding to the ground-breaking transformative project. As Ireland strives to emerge as the "Silicon Valley" of Europe, this initiative is aimed at producing the next generation of computer scientists that will make this vision a reality.
