As a member of this Network, you can connect with other AARP members all around the world. Please read below to learn more about how you can use this Network when traveling and when at home.
You can meet local members of the AARP Abroad Network wherever you go. For example, imagine going to London and meeting up with locals who are a part of the AARP Abroad Network that are currently living there. They'll give you travel tips, talk to you about their city over shared cups of coffee and even invite you into their homes. Your trips will instantly become more colorful, cultural and memorable.
When at home...
Not going anywhere for a while? You can meet travelers and local members of the AARP Abroad Network in your area. In addition to expanding your personal and professional networks, you'll have fun connecting with other members for conversation, parties, dinners and other local activities.
Welcome to AARP Abroad's official Tripping page! Here we'll share news, interesting stories and the latest member benefits. We want to keep our Tripping page an open forum, but we're also a family friendly group, so please keep comments and wall posts clean. We want you to tell us what's on your mind, but if it falls into any of the categories below, we'll have to remove it:
- We do not allow graphic, obscene, explicit or racial comments or submissions nor do we allow comments that are abusive, hateful or intended to defame anyone or any organization.
- We do not allow third party solicitations or advertisements. This includes promotion or endorsement of any financial, commercial or non-governmental agency. Similarly, we do not allow attempts to defame or defraud any financial, commercial or non-governmental agency.
- We do not allow comments that suggest or encourage illegal activity. - You participate at your own risk, taking personal responsibility for your comments, your username and any information provided. Whew! Now that all THAT is out of the way, let's get to know each other. Post, share and tell us what you'd like to see more of from AARP Abroad.
