The World’s Most Beautiful Fountains

From the famous fountains in Las Vegas to Dubai (of course) to Geneva and back, people have been creating beautiful ways to spew water into the air for centuries. Over at Kathika.com there is a list of beautiful water fountains from around the world. They range from small and beautiful to giant and epic (and still beautiful).

Check out some of our favorites:

Versailles, France

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (the tallest fountain in the world)

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Have you ever seen any of these glorious fountains in person? Or are there any missing from that list? Let us know in the comments!

I believe Rome is considered the city of fountains, with aqua ducts dating back to B.C.E. you would be re-missed to not include at least Villa d’Este at Tivoli. http://www.romanhomes.com/your_roman_vacation/quarters/tivoli-villa-deste.htm

Neat post. Here’s a YouTube clip I came across on fountains in Hong Kong. Loved the variety in it.

I like everything about the Fontana di Trevi in Rome; it’s absolutely beautiful, there are many delicious ice cream shops around it that make it impossible not to have one, and if you throw a coin in to the fountain, you are sure to return to Rome. http://ow.ly/2qeXK
